INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. Green Door Gin

  • 0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth

  • 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice

  • 0.5oz. Raspberry Syrup

  • 1 oz. Egg White

Shake all ingredients first without ice for emulsion. Follow up by an ice shake to chill. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
