bitters

They're boozy flavor extracts made by infusing barks, flowers, roots, berries, and various other bits and pieces of plants in alcohol. They're doled out in drops and dashes. Every flavor and every component of our bitters has been thoroughly considered and developed by us, by hand.

Bitters are botanical infusions (herbal supplements) that extract the vital flavor and medicinal properties of plants. People have been preparing bitters and related herbal remedies including elixirs and tinctures for centuries for wellbeing and flavor.

Simply put, bitters create layers of flavor and structure that just wouldn’t exist without them. They’re like salt and pepper for your drinks. A few dashes add flavor and character to your favorite cocktails, seltzer water and are great additions to your cooking adventures as well.
